This article will show you how to change the domain name associated with a Hosted Lync user account.
Please note: You can only have one domain name associated with your service.
Changing the domain name for Hosted Lync
- Log in to the Hosting Control Panel using your username and password.
- Select the Users tab.
- Use the checkbox to select the appropriate User and then click Change Domain.
- Choose from your list of available domains. Please note: You can only add a domain that has the correct Lync DNS zone files.
- Click Submit. It may take up to 15 minutes for the changes to take effect.
