This article will show you how to change the Voicemail PIN for your Hosted Lync account. For the individual PINs associated with conferences, please see Changing your Individual PIN.
Changing your Voicemail PIN
- Log in to the Outlook Web App with your iiNet Hosted Exchange username and password.
- Click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of the page and then select Options.
- Select phone from the left-hand list and then click voice mail.
Scroll down until you see "reset PIN". Click Reset my voice mail PIN.
- Click Yes to confirm.
- You'll receive an email to your iiNet Hosted Exchange email address containing your new PIN. Please note: Ignore the "Your number" section in this email.
