Organising emails in Webmail

Adding a New Folder

  1. Click the plus (+) icon in the upper left-hand corner of Webmail to add a new folder in the left-hand column.

  2. Type the name you’d like for the folder and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard to finish.

  1. Tap the Home button on the top left.

  2. Tap the Edit button on the top right, and then click the plus (+) icon at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Enter the desired name of the folder and then tap OK

  4. Once you're done creating folders, tap the Done button at the top right to exit Edit mode.

If you need to rename an existing folder or subfolder, just double-click on the folder name and then type the new name followed by the Enter key on your keyboard.

Renaming folders is not supported in mobile or tablet web browsers.

 

  1. Click the folder that you want to add the subfolder to.
  2. Click the plus (+) icon to add a new subfolder.
  3. Type the name you’d like for the subfolder and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard to finish.
  4. Once a subfolder has been created, you can click the folder icon to collapse or expand the list of subfolders.

Subfolders are not supported in mobile or tablet web browsers.

 

  1. To move an email from your Inbox to another folder, click the email and hold the mouse button down as you drag it to the desired folder in the left-hand list.
  2. Release the mouse button to drop the email into the desired folder, or the Trash.
  3. You can move multiple emails by ticking the check boxes before dragging and dropping into the desired folder.
  4. If you need to select every email on the page, click More in the menu bar and then choose Select All.
  5. When viewing the Trash folder, click the Empty button at the top of the page to delete all the emails in the Trash folder.

  1. While viewing your Inbox or any folder, tap the Edit button at the top right.

  2. Check the box of each message you'd like to move into a new folder, then tap the Move to Folder icon at the bottom right of the screen.

    Note: If you'd like to delete the selected emails, then tap the Delete icon at the bottom left of the screen instead.

  3. Select the desired destination folder for your selected messages.

  4. Once you've finished sorting emails, tap the Done button to exit Edit mode.
  5. While viewing the Trash folder, you can click Edit, select messages you'd like to delete permanently and then tap the Delete icon at the bottom left of the screen.

 

  1. IMPORTANT: When deleting a folder, all emails within the folder will be sent to your Trash. To avoid digging around in your Trash folder, move any important emails in the folder to another folder or your general Inbox before deleting the folder containing them.
  2. To delete a folder, click it once in the left-hand column to select it, then click the minus ( - ) icon at the top or bottom of the column.

  3. You'll be asked to confirm your decision. Click OK

  2. After logging in to webmail on your mobile or tablet, tap the Home button in the top left-hand corner to see your list of folders.
  3. On the Home page, tap the Edit button in the top right-hand corner.

  4. Tap the minus (-) icon next to the folder you'd like to delete. You'll be asked to confirm your decision. Select OK

  5. To exit Edit mode, hit the Done button in the top right-hand corner.
